A környezete festői, a nyugalomra, pihenésre vágyóknak ill. családosoknak ideális. Környezete parkosított, a házak mögött két beállású parkoló van. A tó telepített, jellemző halfajtái: ponty, kárász, keszeg, süllő. A Balaton, strand, teniszpályák (fedett is!), szauna, éttermek, ABC a háztól 500 m-re találhatók, könnyen megközelíthetők. Az új élményfürdő ( GALÉRIUS ) 3 km-re található. A tömegközlekedés kiváló, Siófok centruma 6 km-re van. A városban remek szórakozási lehetőségek, kulturális programok vannak. A város 1999-ben elnyerte a "Legvirágosabb európai város" címet. Házanként két hálószoba (2x2 ágy), plusz két pótágy van. A földszinten nappali, színes TV parabolával, konyha (hűtőszekrény, mikrosütő, kávéfőző, melegítő), fürdő, WC, tornác, erkély található. Mindkét ház légkondicionált és fűthető. Jól felszereltek, ágyneműt nem kell hozni. A ház előtt grillezésre és bográcsfőzésre alkalmas berendezés és hely van, továbbá napernyővel ellátott asztal padokkal. Die Exklusive Holzhäuser in Siófok-Sóstó sind über den ganzen Jahr lang mietbar. Das Holzhäuser liegen am Ufer eines Fischersees, in einem gescholssenen Urlaubsdorf. Die Umgebung ist malerisch und ideal für Leute und Familien die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Um die Häuser ist eine grosse grüne Fläche und hinter dem Häuser befindet sich ein Parkplatz für zwei Fahrzeuge. In dem Teich kann man auf Karpfen, Weissfisch, Giebel, Zander angeln. Der Plattensee, der Strand, Tennisplätze (auch geschlossene!), Sauna, Restaurante, Lebensmittelgeschäfte befinden sich vom Haus 500 Metern entfert, und sind leicht zugänglich. Das neue Thermalbad Galérius ist 3km entfernt. Das öffentliches Verkehr ist ausgezeichnet, der Zentrum von Siófok ist nur 6 Kilometern entfernt. In der Stadt gibt es hervorragen Vergnügungsmöglichkeiten und kulturelle Programme. Die Stadt hat im Jahr 1999 den "Blumenreichise Europäische Stadt " bekommen. Die Häuser haben zwei Zimmern, mit je zwei Betten, auBer den gibt es zwei Ersazbetten. Im Erdgeschloss befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer, Farberseher mit Parabolantenne, Küche (mit Kühlschrank, Mikro, Kaffemaschine, Wärmer), Bad, Toilette, Veranda, Balkon. Beide Häuser sind mit Klima, und sie sind auch heizbar! Sie sind gut ausgerüstet, Bettwäsche brauchen Sie nicht mitzunehmen. Vor dem Haus ist ein Grill mit Bänken, Tisch mit Sonnenschirm und mit Kessel kochmöglichketen. Das Urlaubsdorf hat einen eigenen Steig, die Angelmöglichkeit ist kostenlos! Dear Guests! Exclusively furnished wooden houses (2) at Lake Sóstó in Siófok-Sóstó is to let throughout the year. The houses are located at a fishing lake in a recreation area. It has a beautiful view and it is ideal for families and people longing for quietness. The environment is full of trees and bushes. In the fishing lake you can find the following fishes: Carp, crucian, bream and zander. There are two parking lots behind the houses. About 500 m far from the house you can find the beach of Balaton, several tennis courts (also covered), sauna, restaurants, a supermarket and they can be approached easily. The new wellness center of the City of Siófok, the Galerius is about . km far. The settlement has an excellent public transport. The centre of Siófok is 6 km far from the house. There are great number of entertainment facilities and cultural programmes in Siófok. In 1999 the town won the award of the most nicely flowered town in Europe. There are two double rooms and 2 more extra beds in the house. The living-room (colour TV with satellite), the kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, and electric water heater), the bathroom, the toilet, the porch and the balcony can be found on the ground-floor. Both of the houses are air-conditioned. Bed-clothes are provided. The houses have their own pier. The fishing facility is free! Prices:

At Christmas, Eastern and at Pentecost we charge different prices. All prices contain Tourist Tax, overheads, fishing costs and parking.
